This certification plays an essential role in meeting retailers' requirements in terms of food quality and safety.
IFS certification guarantees a series of rigorous criteria:
Ensures complete traceability of our wines, from vine to bottle.
Requires the implementation of harmonised and adapted processes that guarantee food safety throughout our production chain.
Prevent the risks of food fraud and ensure the safety of food crops.
The aim of High Environmental Value is to identify and promote farming practices that are more respectful of the environment.
Four key areas of environmental certification
As part of this drive to respect the environment, some of our co-operators have committed to this approach. These commitments have resulted in a range of wines made from grapes certified as "Organic Agriculture".
Because we are aware of the importance of preserving our terroir and our environment, the whole team is involved on a daily basis.
BOTTLES
In order to limit our CO2 emissions, we have opted for lighter bottles: 395g.
